1. Open the Developer Tools
Right-click anywhere on the web page.
From the context menu, select "Inspect" to open the Developer Tools panel.
2. Enable Log Preservation
Within the Developer Tools panel, locate the "Settings" icon (usually represented by a gear or three vertical dots).
Click on the "Settings" icon to open the settings menu.
Look for the "Preserve log" or "Log preservation" option and ensure it is enabled.
This setting will prevent logs from being cleared during page reloads or navigations.
3. Reproduce the Issue
Navigate to the page or perform the actions that trigger the problem or error you are experiencing.
Ensure to follow the steps precisely as you encounter the issue to capture accurate information in the HAR file.
4. Save the HAR File
Click on the "Network" tab in the Developer Tools panel.
Right-click anywhere within the Network tab.
Select "Save all as HAR with content" from the context menu that appears.
Choose a suitable location on your computer to save the HAR file.
Provide a descriptive name for the HAR file for easy reference and sharing.
5. Share the HAR File
If necessary, attach the HAR file to your ticket.
Ensure sensitive information is redacted before sharing the file externally.
